The heat has started and setup was easy. Thanks to the delivery people who brought the unit all the way into the living room. It cools very well and is also very quiet. Everything needed for sealing the patio door is included. A very good product for people who want air conditioning but cannot install a permanent unit.

Air conditioner received yesterday, professional delivery driver, appointment kept (the box is heavy, over 40 kg). Everything is in the box: complete window kit, remote control, condensate drain hose, outdoor unit bracket. I measured with a sound level meter out of curiosity: 39 dB in silent mode, exactly as advertised. After 6 hours of continuous use with the outdoor temperature at 29° and the set temperature at 23°, the room dropped to 22°. Consumption 1.37 kWh, which is €0.50 for 10 hours. The efficiency is as advertised, noise level is below, I recommend.

After several weeks of use, I don't regret my purchase. It cools much better than the conventional portable air conditioners I've had before, and above all, it's much quieter. You can finally sleep with the AC on without feeling like there's an engine in the room. The app is also convenient for daily use, with remote control, scheduling, and consumption monitoring, everything works well. For me, the comfort difference compared to a conventional portable unit is enormous.

Very satisfied with this product, which I use in an apartment exposed to the sun from early afternoon onwards. I previously had a non-split portable air conditioner; the noise was horrendous, making it impossible to watch TV, let alone sleep in the same room. This one is the most powerful and quietest I’ve ever tested, even during a heatwave. The only drawback is indeed the space it takes up in a bedroom. But that’s quickly forgotten given the benefits.
